Fill your bag with items that you typically fold and put away in drawers. This includes everyday laundry items like t-shirts, socks, jeans, sweatpants etc.

What items can I put in my wash & fold laundry bag?
Fill your bag with items that you would typically wash at home, fold and put away in drawers. Items that are not included are comforters, blankets, dry clean only items, dress shirts, golf shirts, dresses etc.
Do I need to separate my laundry?
You do not need to separate your laundry – we do that for you!
How much can I put in my bag?
You can fill it all the way to the top. Just make sure it is able to be cinched closed.
Are my items washed separately from other clients?
Every client’s laundry is washed and dried separately.
Can I use Free Pick Up & Delivery for my Wash & Fold?
Absolutely. You can choose FREE Pick up and Delivery for Wash & Fold laundry service.
Do you use Hypoallergenic soap?
All of our soap is eco friendly and you can request that we specifically use a hypoallergenic soap. You can also provide your own if you’d like.
Can I put my dress shirts in the wash & fold bag?
No, collared dress shirts require pressing so they are not included in Wash & Fold pricing.
What happens if dry clean or non-wash & fold items are put in my bag?
If an item like dress pants, coats etc are found in your bag, it will be dry cleaned and charged separately.
Is there an extra charge for pet hair removal?
Yes. We have to remove pet hair before placing items in our washers. There may be an extra charge of $5 – $15 per bag for pet hair removal.
What is the turn around time for Wash & Fold?
Orders are ready within 2 business days.
